X-rays & Digital Scans
All diagnostic records needed for treatment planning—digital X-rays, 3D scans, photographs, and bite analysis.
Treatment Planning
Custom treatment plan designed for your specific case. For aligners, this includes your smile simulation preview.
All Adjustments
Every adjustment visit throughout your treatment (typically every 4-6 weeks for braces, 6-8 weeks for aligners). No per-visit charges.
Emergency Appointments
Bracket came loose? Wire poking? Emergency visits during treatment are covered. No additional charges for fixing treatment-related issues.
Retainers After Treatment
Both bonded (permanent) and removable retainers are included to maintain your results. Proper retention is essential for lasting results.

Do I pay extra for adjustment appointments?
No. All adjustment appointments are included in your treatment cost. Whether your treatment takes 12 months or 24 months, every adjustment visit is covered. You'll never receive a surprise bill for routine appointments.
Are retainers included or charged separately?
Retainers are included. You'll receive both a bonded (permanent) retainer and a removable retainer set as part of your treatment. Only replacement retainers (if you lose or damage them later) are charged separately.
What if I have an emergency with my braces?
Emergency visits for treatment-related issues—loose brackets, poking wires, broken appliances—are included. Simply call us and we'll see you as soon as possible at no extra charge.
Are X-rays included in the consultation fee?
Yes. Diagnostic X-rays (OPG and lateral cephalogram) and 3D scans are included in your treatment planning. If you have recent X-rays from another clinic, bring them along—we'll determine if new ones are needed.
What about refinements for aligners?
Refinement terms depend on your aligner package. Invisalign typically includes unlimited refinements. Other aligner packages may include limited refinements. We'll clearly explain what's included in your specific quote.
